We are the controller of your data. You can write or call us about anything in this policy.
2. What data we collect and why
When you send a request through the form, we receive:
- your name and email address (required);
- your phone number (optional);
- the spaces you are interested in and your team size (optional);
- the message you write to us (optional).
We use this data only to reply to your request, to discuss and prepare an offer for workspace, and to stay in touch about it. We send you one automatic email to confirm that we received your request.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you do not give us your name and email, we cannot reply to you.
We do not use your data for marketing newsletters, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
3. Who receives your data
Your request is processed by the following providers that help us deliver it. They act on our instructions.
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Resend | sends the confirmation email to you and the request email to us | United States |
| Google (Gmail) | our mailbox that receives requests and your replies | United States |
| Telegram | instant notification about a new request to our team | outside the EU |
| Hetzner Online GmbH | hosting: runs the website and stores a copy of each request | Germany (EU) |
| Cloudflare | delivers the website (DNS and network); sees your IP address when you visit | worldwide |
Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (for certified providers) or on standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we are in contact with you about it. If no agreement follows, we delete it within 12 months of our last message. If we do enter an agreement, we keep the data for as long as the law requires us to keep contract and accounting records.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load fonts or scripts from Google. Everything you see is served from our own servers. For security the web server keeps standard technical logs (such as your IP address and the time of the visit) for a short period, and the form limits how often one address can send requests.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of your data and for information about how we use it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, or its use restricted;
- object to our use of your data based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it, at any time.
To use any of these rights, email or call us (see section 1). We will answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
