Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Version 1.0

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website available at https://67space.io/ (the “Website”). The Website is operated by 67 Space (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. What these Terms cover

1.1These Terms apply to the Website only, including its Content, the enquiry and booking request form and any other functionality we make available through the Website.

1.2The use of the Space is not governed by these Terms. Any use of the Space — including workstation bookings, memberships and the use of meeting rooms — is subject to a separate service agreement, booking confirmation, membership terms or house rules that we issue once a Booking Request has been accepted (together, the “Service Agreement”). If these Terms conflict with a Service Agreement in relation to the use of the Space, the Service Agreement prevails.

1.3Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies. They are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Definitions

3. The Website and the Space

3.1The Website provides information about the Space — its workstations, facilities, capacity, availability and indicative pricing — and allows you to submit Booking Requests and to contact us.

3.2The Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer. Photographs, renderings, floor plans, measurements and descriptions are indicative; the Space, its layout, equipment and furnishings may differ. Prices shown on the Website are indicative, may be exclusive of VAT and of additional charges (such as deposits, access cards or additional services), and are binding only once confirmed in a Service Agreement.

3.3Availability shown or implied on the Website is not guaranteed and is always subject to our confirmation and to the capacity of the Space (see clause 4.3).

4. Booking Requests

4.1A Booking Request is a non-binding enquiry. It does not create an agreement for the use of the Space. An agreement for the use of the Space comes into existence only when we have expressly confirmed the booking in writing (including by email or messaging app) and any conditions stated in that confirmation — such as payment of a deposit or of the first fee, or signature of a Service Agreement — have been satisfied.

4.2A Booking Request may be submitted (a) by a company or other organisation that wishes to reserve workstations for its employees, contractors or other service providers, or (b) by an individual who wishes to reserve a workstation for their own use. A company or organisation that makes a Booking Request is responsible for the persons it nominates to use the Space and for their compliance with the Service Agreement and the rules of use of the Space.

4.3The Space has a limited number of workstations. We may decline a Booking Request in whole or in part, or offer alternative dates or a smaller number of workstations, where the capacity of the Space for the requested period has been reached or would be exceeded. We may also decline any Booking Request at our sole discretion and are not obliged to give reasons.

4.4You must ensure that the information you provide in a Booking Request is accurate, complete and up to date, and that you are authorised to make the request, including where you act on behalf of a company or another person.

4.5We will respond to Booking Requests using the contact details you provide (email, telephone or Telegram). Any response times we indicate are estimates only.

4.6Cancellations, changes, payments, deposits, access to the Space, liability for damage and the rules of use of the Space are governed exclusively by the Service Agreement.

5. Eligibility

5.1You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Website and to submit a Booking Request.

5.2If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that entity and to bind it to these Terms, and references to “you” include that entity.

6. Permitted and prohibited use

6.1You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6.2You must not:

(a)use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation, or that infringes the rights of any third party;

(b)supply or transmit through the Website any content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive or infringing;

(c)submit false, misleading or fraudulent Booking Requests, or submit Booking Requests in bulk or without a genuine intention to use the Space;

(d)use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers or similar tools) to access, copy or monitor the Website or the Content, other than search-engine indexing carried out in accordance with our robots.txt instructions;

(e)introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system or database;

(f)interfere with the proper working of the Website, including by overloading, flooding or disrupting it;

(g)reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or the Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent; or

(h)remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice on the Website or the Content.

6.3We may suspend or restrict your access to the Website, and may refuse any Booking Request, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms. We may also report any breach to the relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual property

7.1The Website and the Content are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The name “67 Space”, the Website's visual design and our logos are trademarks or trade names of the Operator or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7.2You may view, download and print pages from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use, or for the purpose of considering or arranging a booking of the Space, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. You acquire no ownership of, or other rights in, the Content.

7.3Third-party trademarks and materials appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party links and services

8.1The Website may contain links to, or embed, third-party websites and services (for example maps, social-media and messaging platforms such as Telegram). We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8.2If you contact us through a third-party messaging platform, that platform processes your data under its own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Availability and changes to the Website

9.1We aim to keep the Website available but do not guarantee that it will be available at all times, uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or part of the Website for business or operational reasons, including maintenance, without notice.

9.2We may update, change or remove the Content and the Website's functionality at any time. We try to keep the Content current but are not obliged to do so.

10. Technical requirements and complaints about the Website

10.1To use the Website you need a device with internet access and a current web browser supporting HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. To submit a Booking Request and receive our reply you need an active email address, telephone number or Telegram account.

10.2The electronic services available through the Website (browsing the Content and using the enquiry form) are provided free of charge. The agreement for those services is concluded when you start using the Website and ends when you leave it. It does not oblige you to book or use the Space.

10.3If you have a complaint about the functioning of the Website, write to [email protected], describing the issue and providing your contact details. We will respond within 14 days of receipt.

11. Disclaimers

11.1The Website and the Content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms which might otherwise apply to the Website or the Content, whether express or implied.

11.2We do not warrant that the Content is accurate, complete or up to date, that the Website is suitable for your purposes, or that the Website or the server making it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.3Nothing on the Website constitutes professional advice. You rely on the Content at your own risk and should confirm all material details — availability, capacity, equipment, price and permitted use — with us before entering into a Service Agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.2Subject to clause 12.1, we are not liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or the Content, including loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, and any indirect or consequential loss.

12.3Subject to clause 12.1, where our liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Website in any twelve-month period is limited to EUR 100.

12.4If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country in which you habitually reside. Clauses 12.2 and 12.3 apply to consumers only to the extent permitted by that law.

12.5Liability in connection with the use of the Space is governed exclusively by the Service Agreement.

13. Indemnity

If you use the Website for purposes relating to your trade, business or profession, you agree to indemnify us against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

14. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with our Cookies Policy. By submitting a Booking Request you acknowledge that we will process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on the Website with an updated “Last updated” date and applies from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Website after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Booking Requests submitted before a change remain subject to the Terms in force when they were submitted.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

16.1These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

16.2The courts of the Czech Republic, with local jurisdiction in Prague, have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of that country.

16.3If you are a consumer, you have the right to the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), www.coi.cz, unless another entity is authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic for the type of dispute concerned.

17. General

17.1These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website.

17.2If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17.3Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

17.4We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity, including a successor to our business. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

17.5These Terms are drawn up in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in the event of inconsistency, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
